Testimonials

5 Star, Stunning Location.

We loved returning to the cottage, the sea, the lingering sunsets and the quiet every day after our explorations of Connemara. The views from the cottage are wonderful, as are the walks along the country lane. We were very sad to leave. Kathleen was responsive and helpful, and her scones were delicious. The cottage had a nice kitchen and, a real advantage for travelers, a washing machine and dryer. My husband and I would go back in an instant!”-Merridee July 2019

“Connemara trip. We really enjoyed our stay in Sea Studio, the location is great and Kathleen was an excellent host, we spent a week there and hope to return again.”- Louise July 2018

“Beautiful Location. Had a wonderful few days here. Such a fantastic location with the most beautiful views imaginable. Very close to Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National Park, Clifden. Apartment is perfect for a couple with a small child.”- Edel September 2017

“Amazing sea view. The place is beautiful. The view, the peacefulness, as well as the cozy studio. We had a lovely stay, and Kathleen, the owner and host is absolutely great. Most recommended.”- Yonatanaeh July 2017

“Fabulous views great place to stay. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great value for money. What a wonderful view from the windows or the outside seating. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting and watching the sea, clouds and birds.”- Jackie August 2016

“Fantastic stay at the Sea Studio. Sitting in bed drinking tea with the most amazing view! Very dog friendly too – fab! Connemara was just brilliant, white sandy beaches and hills!” – Lucy, Aug 2015

“Myself and my partner stayed for 3 nights in August 2015, and we could hardly have been happier! The views are incredible, and the apartment is perfectly sized and kitted out for a couple. And Kathleen and Kevin were perfect hosts, lending us their DVD player and even giving us one of their glorious homemade scones! The only negative you could potentially mention is the fact that the place isn’t within walking distance of anything really, so you do need a car. But a minor gripe!” – Neill, Aug 2015
