Description

Our Rating: 4.0 out of 5.0 stars

We are delighted to showcase this beautiful newly decorated holiday home based in Galway.  Newcastle Lodge is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom semi-detached house set within walking distance of Galway City (bus stop & taxi rank stones throw from the house).

Arty, bohemian Galway is one of Ireland’s most engaging cities. Brightly painted pubs, while restaurants and cafes offer front-row seats for observing buskers and street theatre. Remnants of the medieval town walls lie between shops selling handcrafted Claddagh rings, books and musical instruments. The lively seaside suburb of Salthill is within close distance. Come and try Galway Bay’s famous oysters.

Galway, a harbour city on Ireland’s west coast, sits where the River Corrib meets the Atlantic Ocean. The city’s hub is 18th-century Eyre Square, a popular meeting spot surrounded by shops and traditional pubs . Nearby, stone-clad cafes, boutiques and art galleries line the winding lanes of the Latin Quarter, which retains portions of the medieval city walls.

The Gateway to Connemara is only 20 mins drive leading you to tour Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National Park, white sandy beaches, quaint colourful fishing villages, Killary Adventure Centre, Scuba Dive West and many more activities.

Limited availability – book now and come & try Galway Bay’s famous oysters!
